The dash is cool and the car is nostalgic.... but there isn't an 80's Firebird on the face of the earth that's worth 40 G's (unless there's 25 grand stuffed in the glove box.)

To prove my point.....
.... I could buy something like THIS with $40,000.
The voice would come over the dash....
"Michael... You're getting your ass handed to you by that Ferrari..."
I saw a KITT car at a local car show...I think they made KITT conversion kits back in the 80's.
All it was ..was the scanning hood light and some pod guages inside...and the pre-recorded voice.
You could save big bucks DYI.
thank you mr. stinkhead, now I'm stuck with the theme song in my head since I saw this auction
*thou tourou tou, thou tourou tou.... *
If I had any money at all for a DIY conversion (or paying someone to do it)
I'd get a 1966 George Barris Batmobile
first
